ADN 40 en vivo is an open television station operating for El Valle de México, owned by Televisora del Valle de México, S.A.P.I de C.V., with a concession for commercial use. Until December 17, 2015, its transmission was analog on UHF channel 40; now it transmits exclusively on DTT on channel 26 on the ATSC system with an apparent radiated power of 513,050 kW.1
It is currently operated by TV Azteca and is the source station of the signal Proyecto 40 (today ADN 40). This station has been the center of several legal and labor conflicts due to the problems caused by a commercial agreement between Televisora del Valle de México and TV Azteca, which has caused several changes in its name and programming throughout its history.
