Noovo live is a French-language television network, broadcasting throughout Quebec (Canada). It was founded in 1986 as Télévision Quatre-Saisons, and became Canada's second private French-language television network, with news and entertainment-based programming. However, TQS went bankrupt in the 2000s and was bought by the production company Remstar, which relaunched the station in 2009 under its current name.
Under its new name, V's offer is based on entertainment with series, sports, and competitions. The network is the third French-language television in Canada, behind TVA and Radio-Canada's Télévision (CBC public channel).
