RTL Tele Live Stream (Luxembourg)

RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg live is the first national television channel of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg was launched on 21 October 1991. Between 1991 and 2001, the station was called RTL Hei Elei.

RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg is a private television station that is 100% owned by the RTL Group. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg does not have its own public broadcaster but has drawn up special contracts (via CLT-UFA) with RTL Group to have certain Luxembourg programmes broadcast to the Luxembourg public, in exchange for international broadcasting licences (e.g. RTL 4, RTL 5, RTL 7, RTL 8, Club RTL, RTL-TVi, RTL9, etc.) and favourable tax conditions, with no media surveillance on these channels. Thanks to the agreements, the news broadcast (the Journal) of RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg can be seen daily via RTL 5 in the Netherlands at 05:29 (at night/early in the morning).
