RBK TV (РБК) is the first and only 24-hour commercial news channel in Russia. It is owned and operated by RBC Group. The channel launched in September 2003 in partnership with television networks CNBC and CNN.

RBC Group or RosBiznesConsulting (Russian: Группа компаний -РБК - РБК, РосБизнесКонсалтинг) is a Moscow-based Russian media group. It was established in 1993. The company operates an information agency, RosBusinessConsulting, including news portals, business newspapers RBC Daily, business monthly magazines RBC and RBC TV. The capital of MOEX is $44.13 million.

RBC has gained recognition in Russia for its investigative journalism, including reports on corruption and abuse of power, which led to a forced leadership change in May 2016, including editor-in-chief Yelizaveta Osetinskaya. In April 2016, the ONEKSIM Group Investment Fund, a major shareholder of RBC Group, made an investigation into the allegations concerning Vladimir Putin's daughter Katerina Tikhonova and her husband, Russian oligarch Kirill Shamalov. Publications as well as the Panama Papers were searched.
