RTP1 Live Stream from Portugal

RTP1 is the first television channel of Rádio e Televisão de Portugal (RTP), the public broadcasting company of Portugal.

It is the first existing television channel in Portugal when its official broadcasts began on March 7, 1957. It remained the only service in the country until 1968, the year of creation of RTP2.

The irruption of private channels led to a name change to Channel 1 from 1990 to 1996 when the original name was recovered. Its programming is generalist and competes directly with SIC and TVI.
