Alex Berlin Live Stream from Germany

Alex Offener Kanal Berlin is a radio and television station in Berlin. It emerged from the Bürgersender Offener Kanal Berlin, founded in 1985, which ceased operations with the founding of Alex on May 27, 2009.

The TV program of Alex is broadcast on the Berlin network of "Kabel Deutschland AG" on the frequency "Sonderkanal 8". It reaches about a quarter of households, mainly in the West. On the Pÿur network, the station can be received digitally on the Berlin network. A video stream of the current program is offered on the homepage, and the station can also be received nationwide via Deutsche Telekom's Entertain. Selected programmes are available in a media library and a YouTube channel.

The radio program has been broadcast since 2003 on the cable frequency 92.60 MHz, from 2003 to 2010 the radio was also broadcast in the afternoon on the antenna frequency 97.2 MHz. From May 2010 to 2016 Alex was a cooperation partner of 88vier and broadcast in fixed transmission windows on the frequencies 88.4 MHz and 90.7 MHz. Since 2017, Alex owns the frequency 91.0 MHz.

Alex is an institution of the Medienanstalt Berlin-Brandenburg. It is financed by broadcasting fees.
