TLC Live (Germany)

TLC is a German-language TV channel that Warner Bros. owns. Discovery Germany. It was broadcast via satellite, cable, and IPTV on April 10, 2014.

This program will be primarily directed at women aged between 20 and 49. It will feature non-fiction entertainment programs. Some of these will be taken over and partially produced in-house by TLC US. Documentaries, reports and magazines will be the main focus. The station's slogan is Hier spielt das Leben. Jana Ina Zarrella was chosen as the station's host.

Discovery Networks Germany announced in September 2013 that it would launch TLC, the television format which was established in the United States in spring 2014. The Bayerische Landeszentrale fur neue Medien issued a license in December 2013 for an eight-year period starting from the date of dispatch. The logo and on-air design were modified slightly in May 2016. They now include emojis.
